Event Policies

• Children aged two years and under can attend without a ticket if they sit on a parent or guardian’s lap throughout the performance. All other guests need a valid ticket to enter the venue. • Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult aged 21+. • Venue doors open 2 hours before the show • Strictly no readmission. • Tickets are in the app, and the QR code will be available 48 hours before the event. • Please make sure you are logged in to the app on your mobile device before arriving at the venue. Screenshots or printed tickets will not be accepted. • Your ticket should always be kept with you and produced upon request by Arena staff. • Validation of the ticket holder’s identity may be requested at the gate. This could take the form of a valid photo ID and the credit card used for purchase. • Bags larger than 30x30x15 cm are not permitted. No storage or cloakroom facilities are available. • Strollers are not permitted inside the venue; stroller parks will be available. • No professional cameras (unless approved media). • No flags of any kind, including country flags. • Attendees are required to behave in accordance with UAE traditions and culture. • All personal items are left strictly at the owner’s risk, with no venue liability. • Etihad Arena is a cashless venue. How to get there

By car: The arena is located in the heart of Abu Dhabi, and can be accessed via major highways and roads. If you are coming from downtown Abu Dhabi, you can take Sheikh Zayed Road and follow the signs to the arena. By public transportation: Etihad Arena is easily accessible by bus. The nearest bus station would be Al Matar Al Qadeem bus stop, which is located approximately 800 meters away. By taxi: You can also take a taxi to Etihad Arena. It's a famous destination and most drivers would be familiar with its location.
