Know before you go

• If guests have not requested pickup and drop-off from the Heritage Express side, please ensure to arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the activity starts • The buses are fitted with wheelchair lifts to accommodate two wheelchairs comfortably in the back. Please note that guests who require wheelchairs will have to provide their own, and a notification should be made during the booking. • Wear comfortable walking shoes as the tour includes walking in iconic, heritage areas and souks. • Photography is welcome at most locations; however, always ask for permission when photographing people, especially in traditional areas. • Modest and comfortable clothing is recommended. We suggest bringing a hat or scarf for sun protection, especially during outdoor segments.
