• All activities must be booked in advance through our official platform or authorized representatives. • Full payment is required to confirm the booking unless otherwise specified.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the activity or in the case of no-shows. • In case of adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., government restrictions), activities may be rescheduled or refunded at the discretion of the operator.

Arrival & Timing

• Guests are required to arrive at the meeting point at least 15-20 minutes before the scheduled activity time. • Late arrivals may result in reduced activity time or forfeiture without refund.

Safety & Liability

• All participants must follow safety instructions provided by the guide or instructor. • Some activities may not be suitable for pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, or those with limited mobility. • Participants engage in activities at their own risk. The company is not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during the activity.

Age & Fitness Requirements

• Certain activities have minimum age or physical fitness requirements. Please check individual activity descriptions before booking. • Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult or have written consent from a guardian.

Dress Code & Essentials

• Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing is recommended. • For water-based activities, bring swimwear, towels, sunscreen, and a change of clothes. • Closed shoes are recommended for desert and ATV experiences.

Transportation

• Transportation is included only when specified in the activity description.
