Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). Payment is taken on Ziina's secure page; we never see or store card details.
After payment you get an order page with an onboarding form. Your placement starts only after we review and approve your content, usually within 2 working days.
If we cannot approve your content, or you cancel before your placement goes live, we refund you in full.
Once a placement is live, the period is not refundable unless we fail to show it as described; then we extend it or refund the unused part.
Paid placements are always labelled (Featured, Sponsored, Advertisement). We never sell positions in normal results, ratings, reviews or the Recommended badge.
We may decline content that is misleading, unsafe or against the law. Questions: use the inquiry form.
