Ticket Information

• Ticket cancellation later than 24 hours before the beginning of a trip is not refunded. • You are advised to arrive on time. Your tickets will not be refunded if you arrive late by more than 30 minutes or after the boat sets off. • Weather conditions may influence the trip. If the trip will not be possible due to high waves, strong wind, or other weather conditions, customers will be refunded. • Please book your tickets 24 hours prior to the trip.
