The attraction is designed to accommodate visitors between the ages of 8 and 99 years old. Teams typically consist of two to five players.

Important things to know before your visit

• Wear comfortable clothing suitable for light physical activity . • High heels and bulky footwear are not permitted. • A minimum of 2 players is required to start a game. • Photography is not allowed inside the challenge cells. • We Suggest for new visitors 2–3 hours to experience all the cells. • The minimum age is 8 years. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. • Most challenge cells are not wheelchair accessible due to stairs and obstacles. • The reception area are accessible. • Lockers are available for your belongings. Please avoid bringing valuables or oversized items. • Food and drinks are not permitted inside the game area. • Mobile phones are allowed, but guests are responsible for any loss or damage. • Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your booking for check-in, team registration, locker use, and the game briefing."
