• Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo - Shark Trainer Encounter ticket sales are final and are 100% non-refundable. • Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (16+ years old) • Visitors are not allowed to bring food or beverages, glassware, or alcohol into Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo • Please carry a valid photo ID with you. • Minimum height requirement is 140 cm. • Adult and Children (above 140 cm) • Not applicable for our pregnant guests. • Guests must be able to ascend and descend stairs to access the shark trainer portion of the experience. • No swimming required. The activity will be done on standing level. • Guests should arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time.

How to get there

By car: Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo Age is located in The Dubai Mall, which is easily accessible by car. You can easily park the car in The Dubai Mall parking. By public transportation: The mall is easily accessible by public transportation. If you are taking the metro, you can get off at the Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa station and walk to the mall via an air-conditioned overpass. Once you get to Dubai Mall, you need to walk through the mall to the lower ground floor (also referred to as LG). By taxi: You can also take a taxi to the mall from anywhere in Dubai. It's a popular destination, and most taxi drivers will be familiar with the location.
