Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the activity or in the case of no-shows. • In case of adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., government restrictions), activities may be rescheduled or refunded at the discretion of the operator.

Arrival & Timing

• Guests are required to arrive at the meeting point at least 15-20 minutes before the scheduled activity time. • Late arrivals may result in reduced activity time or forfeiture without refund.

Safety & Liability

• All participants must follow safety instructions provided by the guide or instructor. • Some activities may not be suitable for pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, or those with limited mobility. • Participants engage in activities at their own risk.
