• All activities must be booked in advance through our official platform or authorized representatives. • Full payment is required to confirm the booking unless otherwise specified. • Maximum weight limit is 70 Kg Changes & Force Majeure • The operator reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any activity due to safety concerns, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Things to know before you visit

Arrival & Timing • Guests are required to arrive at the meeting point at least 15-20 minutes before the scheduled activity time. • Late arrivals may result in reduced activity time or forfeiture without refund. Dress Code & Essentials • Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing is recommended. • For water-based activities, bring swimwear, towels, sunscreen, and a change of clothes. • Closed shoes are recommended for desert and ATV experiences. Age & Fitness Requirements • Certain activities have minimum age or physical fitness requirements. Transportation • Transportation is included only when specified in the activity description. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the activity or in the case of no-shows. • In case of adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., government restrictions), activities may be rescheduled or refunded at the discretion of the operator.

How to get there

By car: There are many ways to reach your destination, including heading northwest on Dukhan Highway, taking the exit, following the 5th roundabout exit, merging onto Al Shahaniya (الشاهانيا) through a roundabout, turning left, then turning right to arrive at the destination. GPS navigation is highly advised.
