This experience has a non-cancellable / non-changeable cancellation policy: Once booked, the ticket cannot be canceled or modified.

Know before you go

• Snow Premium Admission is subject to availability on the day of your visit, and the tickets are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. • Valid passes are required for entry; children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. • Age Limit: Minimum age for Ski lessons is 3, and Snowboard lessons is 8. • Helmets are mandatory for guests under 14 and for certain activities. • Waterproof winter attire and gloves are required for entry. • Pregnant guests or those with medical conditions must get physician approval before visiting. • No food or drinks allowed in the Snow Park; eating and drinking are only permitted in cafés. • Smoking is prohibited in all areas. • First Aid is available for minor injuries; refusing assistance may require a waiver.

How to Get There

By car: If you're heading to Ski Egypt Mall of Egypt from the 26th of July Corridor, take the Mall of Egypt Rd to reach your destination. You can also easily access your destination via El Wahat Rd. GPS navigation is highly advised. Parking facilities are available on-site for visitors arriving by car. By taxi: You can easily reach your destination by taking a taxi or by using a ride-hailing app.
