• Snow Oman ticket sales are final and are 100% non-refundable. • Tickets are valid for one-time entry within 30 days from the date of purchase. • Visitors are not allowed to bring food or beverages, glassware, or alcohol into the premises. • Please carry a valid photo ID with you. • Kids under 14 should be accompanied by an adult older than 16 years. • We recommend pre-booking your tickets to Snow Oman online to skip the queue and redeem the best offers.

Important things to know before your visit

• For safety reasons, children under the age of 2 are not permitted inside Snow Oman. • Due to safety measures, please note that the Snow Bullet is limited to a maximum weight capacity of 100 kg. • Children under 14 must always be accompanied by an adult. • Helmets must be worn by any guests who are under 13 years old. • Cameras or phones are not allowed inside the Penguin Encounter Area. • To enter the ice rink, guests must be at least 1.20 meters tall.

By Bus:You can reach Snow Oman conveniently via Bus No. 12, stopping at the nearest Mall of Oman bus stop. By Car: Snow Oman is 17-20 minutes away by car from Muscat International Airport. There's plenty of parking available at the Mall of Oman parking lot By taxi: You can also take a taxi to the mall from anywhere in Muscat. It’s a popular destination, and most taxi drivers will be familiar with the location.
