Ticket Purchase Tickets are available for purchase until midnight on December 31st, 2026, subject to availability. Badges & Wristbands Upon confirmation of your reservation, Time Out Market Dubai will send you detailed instructions by email on how to collect your access badges and wristbands. Time Out Market Dubai is not responsible for badges or wristbands that are not collected on time, or for any loss after collection. Collection from December 25th to 30th Guests who purchase tickets online are required to collect their access badges and wristbands as follows: • Dates: December 25th–30th, 2026 (TBC) • Time: TBC • Location: Time Out Market Dubai, Level 3, Souk Al Bahar, Downtown Dubai • Collection Point: Atrium Bar. It is worth noting that in certain countries, the reselling of tickets is prohibited by law. It is highly recommended that you take precautions to protect your tickets from the possibility of loss or theft. Platinumlist does not assume responsibility for replacing lost or stolen tickets, nor does it provide refunds for tickets that have been lost or stolen. If a customer's electronic ticket is duplicated or stolen, for example, through a hacked email or delivery to a shared email address, and the ticket is scanned and used before the customer arrives at the event, entry will be denied. No refund will be issued in this case.

• Dress code: Smart casual attire • You are welcome to dance near the Stage Area regardless of the ticket you purchased. • Leaving the venue may affect your ability to re-enter due to New Year's Eve security measures and access restrictions. • You can collect your badges and wristbands directly at Time Out Market on December 30, 2026 until 23:30. • You can collect the badges from Time Out Market Dubai during the operational hours • An original ID (Emirates ID/Driver's License/Passport) and your purchase confirmation email are mandatory to collect your badges and wristbands. • You must present a digital copy of the purchase confirmation email or the e-ticket with the QR code, along with one form of ID (Emirates ID/Driver's License/Passport) when collecting your badges and wristbands at the venue.

How to get there?

By car: Head towards Souk Al Bahar. Once there, park your car in the designated parking areas. Then, proceed to the 3rd floor of Souk Al Bahar, where you'll find Time Out Market Dubai. By metro: You can take MRed metro lines and get off at Burj Khalifa/ Dubai Mall Metro Station. After a short walk, you will reach the venue. By taxi: You can take a taxi to reach the venue with ease, as they are widely available in the city.
