• KidZania Abu Dhabi ticket sales are final and are 100% non-refundable. • Visitors are not allowed to bring food or beverages, glassware, or alcohol into the premises. • Please carry a valid photo ID with you. • Please arrive 15 minutes before your time.

Important things to know before your visit

• KidZania Abu Dhabi Dress Code: Casual, appropriate clothing is allowed during the tour. No beachwear allowed. • The age limit for KidZania Abu Dhabi is set between 2 and 16, offering a distinctive blend of educational enrichment and entertainment within its delightful miniature city. • It is mandatory to carry a valid ID proof or passport with you during the activity for verification purposes. • Kindly note that entry to Kidzania is restricted to only those adults who are accompanying at least one child. • For the safety of children, those below 120 cm in height must be accompanied by an adult at all times. • We kindly request that you refrain from bringing outside food and beverages into the Kidzania premises. • There is a wide variety of food choices available for children within the premises.

Free cancellation or rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the experience.

How to get there

• By car: KidZania is located inside Yas Mall which is easily accessible by car. Follow Sheikh Khalifa Highway (E12) or Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Street (E10) towards Yas Island, and then follow signs to Yas Mall. • By taxi: You can also take a taxi to Yas Mall from anywhere in Abu Dhabi. It's a popular destination, and most taxi drivers will be familiar with the location.
