• At The Top, Burj Khalifa ticket sales are final and are 100% non-refundable. • Visitors are not allowed to bring food, beverages, glassware, or alcohol into the premises. • Arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time • Delays may occur during peak seasons • Please carry a valid photo ID with you. • Tickets are dated, timed, non-refundable, and non-cancellable • No-shows or late arrivals are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled • Same entry lane as Sky and Lounge guests (white sticker for Fast Track guests). • Priority access is included (not full skip-the-line) • Children under 16 must be with an adult (16+) and need a parental consent form • Children 3 years enter free

How to get there:

By car: At The Top, Burj Khalifa is located in The Dubai Mall, which is easily accessible by car. You can easily park the car in The Dubai Mall. The entrance to At The Top is located on the lower ground floor of the Dubai Mall, opposite to the food court area. By public transportation: The mall is easily accessible by public transportation. If you are taking the metro, you can get off at the Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa station and walk to the mall via an air-conditioned overpass. Once you get to Dubai Mall, walk through the mall to the lower ground floor (also referred to as LG). By taxi: You can also take a taxi to the mall from anywhere in Dubai. It's a popular destination, and most taxi drivers will be familiar with the location.
