important things to know before your visit

• Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled flight at our site in Al Husn Hotel Muscat. • Bring a valid passport or government-issued ID for check-in and verification. • There is no age limit for flying. However, children aged 2 years and above require their own seat. • Wear comfortable, fitting clothing. Loose or flowing garments are discouraged for safety reasons. • Dangerous or prohibited goods (e.g., weapons, flammables, sharp objects) are not allowed on board. • All tickets are subject to final confirmation. Operator will notify you once your flight is officially confirmed. • Don’t forget your camera or smartphone to capture the incredible views—and feel free to tag or mention us in your photos! Kindly inform us in advance if: • Any passenger has reduced mobility or a physical disability. • Any passenger weighs more than 100 kg (220 lbs). • Note: This is important for weight distribution and safety.

Cancellation policy

1) The Supplier will process refunds to Reseller under the following conditions: • a. The Supplier will refund 70% of the ticket value to the Reseller for cancellations made at least 96 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. • b. The Supplier will refund 60% of the ticket value to the Reseller for cancellations made less than 72 hours but at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. • c. The Supplier will refund 50% of the ticket value to the Reseller for cancellations made less than 48 hours but at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. • d. No refund will be provided to the Reseller or the Customer for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. 2) All flights are subject to weather and visibility conditions. If flights are affected due to such circumstances, Operator will try to reschedule the flight. If rescheduling is not possible, guest will be eligible for a full refund. 3) In the event of a cancellation initiated by the Operator for any reason, Customers will be notified via phone call. They will have the option to either receive a full refund or reschedule the booking for an alternative date. 4) Passengers are required to provide accurate weights. Weight checks will be conducted before the flight for safety, and seating adjustments may occur. 5) The safety of our passengers remains our top priority, and these guidelines are designed to align with the latest safety regulations. 6) Latecomers and no-shows are 100% non-refundable. 7) Visitors are not allowed to bring food or beverages, glassware, or alcohol into the Muscat Helicopter Tour.

how to get there

• From Muscat International Airport Take Sultan Qaboos Street (Route 1) toward Muttrah, then continue following signs to Al Jissah / Qantab. Exit toward Barr Al Jissah and follow the coastal road directly to the resort area (≈40–45 min). • From Sultan Qaboos Street (City Center side) Drive toward Muttrah / Old Muscat, then follow signs for Al Bustan → Al Jissah. Continue along the scenic coastal road until you reach the Barr Al Jissah resort complex, where the hotel is located. • From Muscat Expressway (Seeb / Airport side) Head toward Muttrah, merge onto Sultan Qaboos Street, then take the route toward Al Bustan / Al Jissah. Follow the coastal road leading directly to the resort area. • By Public Transport Take Mwasalat buses (e.g., Route 1) toward Ruwi / Muttrah, then continue by taxi to Barr Al Jissah / Al Husn Hotel (public buses do not go directly into the resort area, so a short taxi ride is required).
