Entry and Participation Conditions

Service Assurance: To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, participants are kindly asked to adhere to the conditions of entry and safety rules. Management may need to limit participation for individuals who cannot fully comply, prioritising the well-being of all guests. Activity Risk Acknowledgment: Participation in the activities is at the guest's own risk. The management is not held responsible for any damage to the guest's health or property resulting from non-compliance with the existing rules and regulations.

Health and Safety Requirements

Health Restrictions: Participation is not recommended for individuals with any of the following conditions: Back or neck injuries | Dislocations | Asthma |Epilepsy | Pregnancy | Recent fractures | High blood pressure | Neurological disorders | heart diseases | Osteoporosis Mandatory Safety Briefing: A detailed safety briefing will be provided by an instructor. All participants must wear mandatory safety equipment. Physical Demands: The activities require a good degree of agility, strength, and endurance. Certification of Health and Fitness: Participants must certify their health conditions and physical abilities are appropriate for the activities.

Equipment and Attire

Equipment Use: Use the proper safety equipment provided, including a harness, helmet, and gloves. Appropriate Clothing: Wear comfortable, athletic clothing and closed-toe shoes. Lending Equipment: It is prohibited to give safety equipment to third parties. Once used, equipment should be returned promptly. Damage and Vandalism: Customers are financially responsible for the adventure park’s safety equipment. Compensation for any vandalism or careless damage is required without exceptions. Expulsion Rights: Management and park personnel retain the right to expel and refuse service for non-compliance with safety rules or failure to follow staff instructions. Activities may also be discontinued due to unsafe conditions (e.g., adverse weather).

Liability and Property Safety

Personal Possessions: Management is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings. Lockers are provided. Disclaimer and Agreement By participating in the activities, guests agree to adhere to all aforementioned rules and conditions. Participants acknowledge: Personal Responsibility: Guests are responsible for your own safety and that of your possessions. Non-Participation Advisory: Do not participate if you have any medical conditions or disabilities that increase accident risk. Liability Limitation: The park is not liable for injuries or losses connected with the activities, except in cases of direct negligence by the park or as otherwise provided by law.
