• Tickets to Atlantis Aquaventure are sold out once purchased and are completely non-refundable. • Visitors are not allowed to bring any food or drinks from outside. • Please bring a valid photo ID.

• Dress Code : ◦ Appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times, including: one-pieces, two-pieces, Speedos, rashguards, and burkinis. ◦ Inappropriate and acceptable clothing: Abayas, saris, jeans, long pants, cotton shirts, everyday clothes, sheer clothing, or any other clothing deemed inappropriate at Atlantis Aquaventure. ◦ Regular diapers are not permitted in any pool, event, or ride. Appropriate diapers and pads can be obtained from the park's gift shops. ◦ Age and Height Restrictions: ◦ Pregnant women, those with neck, back, heart, or joint problems, those who are obese or have any weight issues that hinder or limit their mobility, those wearing casts or splints, suffering from fractures, or those suffering from contagious diseases are not recommended for use of water rides and activities. ◦ Children under 13 years of age must be accompanied by an adult, and for added safety, some rides are restricted to people over 1.20 metres tall.

By Public Transportation : Public transportation makes it easy to reach Atlantis, The Palm. You can take the metro to the Mall of the Emirates station and then take a taxi to reach the park. By Taxi : Any taxi can take you from anywhere in Dubai to Atlantis, The Palm easily and quickly.
