Terms and refunds
- Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). Payment is taken on Ziina's secure page; we never see or store card details.
- After payment you get an order page with an onboarding form. Your placement starts only after we review and approve your content, usually within 2 working days.
- If we cannot approve your content, or you cancel before your placement goes live, we refund you in full.
- Once a placement is live, the period is not refundable unless we fail to show it as described; then we extend it or refund the unused part.
- Paid placements are always labelled (Featured, Sponsored, Advertisement). We never sell positions in normal results, ratings, reviews or the Recommended badge.
- We may decline content that is misleading, unsafe or against the law. Questions: use the inquiry form.
