Mozart Concertante Symphony

Discover Mozart’s Sinfonia Concertante through four featured wind soloists.

Felix Mildenberger leads the Qatar Philharmonic Orchestra in a programme that places several of the orchestra’s principal wind players at its centre.

Mozart’s Sinfonia Concertante brings together oboist Germán Díaz Blanco, clarinettist Rony Moser, bassoonist Yoshiko Koyama and horn player Peter Davida as featured soloists alongside the orchestra.

The programme opens with Mendelssohn’s Hebrides Overture and concludes with his Symphony No. 1, written when the composer was fifteen.

Mildenberger is a winner of the Donatella Flick London Symphony Orchestra Conducting Competition and previously served as an assistant to Sir Simon Rattle.
