• Minimum age is 5 years old. • Kids must be in a double kayak with an adult. • Dress Code: Comfortable sportswear, nylon clothes, or quick-dry clothes. Avoid loose or long clothing that may get heavy when wet. Wear beach sandals or water shoes. • Bring a towel in case you get wet. • Please stay away from prohibited areas to avoid any problems. • You will be responsible for any problem that occurs as a result of access to prohibited areas. • Do not exceed the number of allowed passengers for your safety. • Please inform the staff if you are not good at swimming. • The company is not responsible for any damage that occurs to the equipment rented. In case of any damage or accident, the customer will be solely responsible for all repair costs. • You must always wear a life jacket in the water. • Do not approach, overtake, or intercept other water users in the sea. • Do not approach swimmers or beachgoers. Keep a distance of 100 m from any person or item in the sea. • Do not stray more than 1 kilometre from the point of rental. • You agree to return the rented equipment within the specified time and in good condition. If the time is exceeded, 10 BD will be charged for every 10 minutes. • You agree to abide by all the rules and regulations shown above and listen to instructions. • The company is not responsible for any loss of property, accident, injury, medical bills, or fatality whatsoever caused during the period of equipment being hired or rented. • You must reimburse the company for any cost of repair to the equipment for damages and loss of earnings caused by you during the period of use. • Reservations may be cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen weather conditions. We will contact you to keep you updated with your reservation.
